NASCAR unveils Delta Sigma Theta show car designed by intern

NASCAR debuted its first-ever show car for Delta Sigma Theta during the sorority's 32nd South Atlantic Regional Conference in Charlotte from July 30 to August 2. Designed by LSU student Camilla Wilkins-Bowens, the crimson-and-cream vehicle showcases the sorority's branding and celebrates Black collegiate culture. Though not part of a race, the car was presented alongside NASCAR racing simulators for attendees. This initiative highlights NASCAR's continued efforts to engage with historically Black Greek-letter organizations and broaden representation within the motorsports industry.
