Naz Reid inspires Hornets teammate Tidjane Salaun with work ethic

Naz Reid is making an impact on the Charlotte Hornets during his first season after being traded from the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange for LaMelo Ball. His strong work ethic has already influenced teammate Tidjane Salaun, who is eager to learn from him. Salaun praised Reid's hunger to prove himself and noted the importance of their shared extra work on the court. Reid's commitment includes early morning workouts and a strict diet, factors that contributed to him being named 6th Man of the Year for the 2023-24 season. The Hornets, currently 1-1 in the preseason, aim to build on their previous campaign where they reached the Play-In tournament before losing to Orlando.
