NC State volleyball defeats LSU in five sets at the PMAC

NC State defeated LSU 3-2 in an ACC/SEC Showdown at the Net match held at the PMAC on Tuesday. The Wolfpack secured the win by taking the first, third, and fifth sets. LSU claimed the first and fourth sets but could not overcome the visitor's performance in the decisive final set. LSU hitter Jurnee Robinson recorded a double-double with 25 kills and 14 digs, while teammate Takyla Brown contributed 24 assists and 10 digs. Kiley Brooks led the LSU defensive effort with 21 digs. The result moves NC State to a 6-1 record while LSU drops to 2-3 on the season. LSU hosts Charlotte in its next scheduled match on Friday at 11:00 a.m.
