TennisThe IHSAA tennis sectional began on September 30 at three sites. Barr-Reeve achieved a 5-0 victory over Pike Central, with key performances in singles and doubles by Eli Ash, Daniel Underwood, and other teammates. North Daviess overcame Sullivan 3-2, with notable wins from Koen Stoll and Carson Loheider. Loogootee also advanced after defeating Paoli 3-2. Meanwhile, Washington High School was eliminated by South Knox, losing 4-1, despite a singles victory from Josh Meredith. Barr-Reeve will face Loogootee and North Daviess will play Bloomfield in the finals scheduled for 5 PM on October 1.
