Nebraska secures commitment from linebacker Caleb Green, flipping from Missouri

Caleb Green, a three-star linebacker, has committed to Nebraska football after previously being a Missouri commit. Green's commitment occurred on Sunday and marks the 18th addition to Nebraska's recruiting class for 2027, which ranks 16th nationally. He is recognized as the 59th-ranked linebacker and the 11th top player in Missouri. The success of this recruitment is attributed to assistant head coach Jamar Mozee, who previously coached at Lee's Summit North High School, where Green had an impressive junior season with 145 total tackles and 14 tackles for loss. Green joins Eli Harris as the second linebacker in Nebraska's class.
