Nets request waivers on Dain Dainja, Dion Brown ahead of preseason games

Summary

The Brooklyn Nets have requested waivers on guard Dion Brown and center Dain Dainja, announced on October 11, 2026. This decision follows the team's evaluation during their preseason training camp, where both players competed for roster spots. Dainja had previously played for the Edmonton Stingers after going undrafted in 2025, while Brown also went undrafted in 2026 after a college career across three schools.
