New York Giants focus on secondary in 2027 mock draft
Summary

In a recent mock draft by Yahoo! Sports, the New York Giants aim to enhance their secondary by selecting Notre Dame cornerback Leonard Moore with their first-round pick. Moore has gained recognition as a top defensive prospect following two impressive seasons at Notre Dame, including unanimous All-American honors in 2025. The Giants have successfully developed their defensive front and are now prioritizing improvements in pass defense as they prepare for the 2027 season. Analysts predict that acquiring Moore could significantly elevate the Giants' defensive capabilities.
