Sabally, who signed with the Liberty as a free agent in April following a season with the Phoenix Mercury, appeared in only 13 games this year. She had stepped away from the team in mid-August to prioritize her health under the guidance of the franchise's performance staff. Across her limited action this season, she averaged 10.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.9 assists in approximately 17 minutes per game. The team announced the decision to sideline her for the duration of the campaign to ensure full recovery.
