Newcastle, Everton interested in VfB Stuttgart's Bilal El Khannouss

Bilal El Khannouss, currently with VfB Stuttgart, may leave the club before the transfer window closes. Reports indicate Newcastle United has spoken with the player's representatives, although no discussions have taken place between the clubs. Everton and two Saudi Arabian teams are also pursuing the 22-year-old Morocco international, who appears receptive to a move. El Khannouss joined Stuttgart last summer initially on loan from Leicester City before making the transfer permanent for €15 million. He has accumulated nine goals and seven assists in 42 matches across all competitions.
