Newcastle United scouts Djurgarden attacker Bo Hegland for future transfer

Newcastle United is monitoring Djurgarden forward Bo Hegland as a potential target for upcoming transfer windows. The 22-year-old Norwegian attacker has recorded seven goals and 14 assists across 22 matches in all competitions this season. Scouts from the club observed Hegland in person during Djurgarden’s 4-0 victory over Mjallby shortly before the recent transfer deadline. While reports indicate interest from Newcastle, the club has not yet prepared a formal offer and continues to evaluate his performance. Other clubs, including Anderlecht and Lorient, have also been linked to the player. Hegland remains under contract with Djurgarden through 2029 and is currently valued at approximately €2.5 million.
