NFC teams ranked ahead of 2026 NFL season as training camps approach

Summary

The NFC for the 2026 NFL season shows significant shifts among all 16 teams. The Seattle Seahawks, the reigning Super Bowl champions, retain most of their key players, while the Los Angeles Rams add the recent Defensive Player of the Year. Teams like the Atlanta Falcons and Arizona Cardinals are at critical junctures; the Falcons have a new coach but face quarterback challenges, and the Cardinals undergo a full rebuild under Mike LaFleur. The Chicago Bears are coming off a strong season, while teams such as the Carolina Panthers and New York Giants look to prove they can sustain success. As training camps open in July, each team's story will continue to develop.
