NFL analyst supports Jacoby Brissett's contract negotiation with Cardinals

NFL analyst Anthony Reinhard has publicly defended Jacoby Brissett's contract demands amid a holdout with the Arizona Cardinals. Reinhard argues that Brissett deserves a salary adjustment to reflect his role as a bridge quarterback instead of being paid at backup rates. Although the Cardinals had a 1-11 record under Brissett last season, Reinhard believes he is the best option currently available. With organized team activities already missed, Reinhard suggests that urgency is growing for the Cardinals to negotiate a deal before training camp begins in early July.
