The NFL has officially announced the cancellation of the Pro Bowl games beginning in 2026. While the league will continue to recognize Pro Bowl selections, there will no longer be a flag football game or accompanying events. The NFL intends to name 88 Pro Bowl players at the end of the season and will organize an event in their honor scheduled for the same week as the previous games.
