NFL details rules on players returning to college amid LSU's efforts

The NFL has clarified its rules for players returning to college football. LSU has also welcomed other former NFL hopefuls, including defensive tackle Zxavian Harris and pass rusher Junior Tuihalamaka. The SEC has imposed a rule preventing players who have signed or been listed on a professional roster from competing in the conference, with penalties for violations including coach suspensions and fines. LSU's president abstained from voting on penalties for this new rule, but it passed 15-0.
