NFL+ faces backlash over access issues during preseason games

Summary

On August 13, the NFL experienced criticism from subscribers of its NFL+ streaming service due to login problems that affected access to preseason games. NFL analyst Warren Sharp was among those vocalizing complaints, suggesting refunds if subscribers could not access the service they paid for. Six preseason games were scheduled, with NFL+ advertised as a key option for viewing live out-of-market games. Although the NFL's troubleshooting resources were made available, many users reported being unable to log in or had incorrect purchase prompts.
