Niko Sigur joins Toulouse ending interest from Celtic

Canadian international Niko Sigur has signed with French club Toulouse, concluding weeks of speculation regarding his future. Sigur, who drew interest from several European leagues, was frequently linked to a move to Celtic throughout this summer. Despite reports suggesting Celtic was in the running for the player, recent information indicates the club was not actively pursuing a transfer.
