Adam McKnight, the senior quarterback for Nixa, has committed to play football at Missouri State. After two runner-up finishes in the state championships, McKnight has focused on improving his game and leadership skills during the offseason. Last season, he threw for over 1,800 yards with 23 touchdowns and rushed for nearly 700 yards. Nixa will begin its regular season against Carthage on August 28.
