Nkosi Ndebele replaces Gustavo Oliveira for PFL Tampa matchup

Nkosi Ndebele will step in for Gustavo Oliveira to face Marcirley Alves at PFL Tampa on August 22 at Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida.
