No. 1 basketball recruit CJ Rosser considers seven schools including Kentucky

The nation's top-ranked recruit for the class of 2027, CJ Rosser, has narrowed his collegiate options to seven programs. The 6-foot-10 forward included Kentucky, North Carolina, Louisville, Arkansas, Miami, NC State, and USC in his final list. Rosser has scheduled official visits to all seven schools on his list to assist in his decision process. A two-day visit to Kentucky is set for October 1 and 2, which coincides with the program's Big Blue Madness event. Previously, Kentucky head coach Mark Pope and assistant Mikhail McLean developed a relationship with the prospect by hosting him for a fishing trip in April. Rosser, who plays for Southeastern Prep in Orlando, Florida, recently completed an EYBL season where he averaged 16.6 points per game.
