No. 22 Houston defeats Southern in 77-6 Week 2 victory

No. 22 Houston recorded a 77-6 win against Southern on Saturday. Freshman running back John Hebert contributed to the scoring with both rushing and receiving touchdowns, while sophomore kicker Jonathan Dimas converted 11 extra points during the contest. Quarterback Keisean Henderson directed four touchdown drives and returned a fumbled snap for a 54-yard score. On the defensive side, fifth-year safety Jordan Allen intercepted his first pass of his career. Receiver Koby Young added two touchdown catches on three targets to help bolster the Cougars' offense. The team saw additional production from running back Zane Smith, who led the group with 69 rushing yards on 10 carries.
