Noah Mbamba has officially joined Lorient on loan for the 2026/27 season after signing a contract extension with Bayer Leverkusen that runs until June 2029. At 21, Mbamba will embark on his third loan spell, following a relegation season with FCV Dender EH. This move comes as Leverkusen continues to develop young talent, having recently sent Abdoulaye Faye to Celta Vigo.
