Noblesville Boom acquire G League returning-player rights to Wade Taylor IV

The Noblesville Boom acquired the G League returning-player rights to Wade Taylor IV as part of a three-team transaction involving the Mexico City Capitanes and Osceola Magic. Taylor, who went undrafted, spent his rookie season with the Capitanes. During that campaign, the Texas A&M program record holder for points scored averaged 13.7 points, 6.1 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals across 50 games. The trade also includes the returning-player rights to forward Patrick Gardner moving to the Boom. This move positions Taylor to potentially join the Indiana Pacers' G League affiliate if he elects to play in the league for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Taylor remains Texas A&M's all-time leading scorer, having finished his collegiate career with 2,058 points.
