Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, and Leonardo Fornaroli participated in Testing of Previous Cars for McLaren at the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve in Portugal on July 30, 2026. Piastri completed his first laps at the Portimao circuit, finishing with 55 laps, while Norris and Fornaroli added 49 and 47 laps, respectively. This test allowed McLaren to prepare ahead of a summer break, with the team next competing at Zandvoort in late August. The circuit is set to return to the F1 calendar in 2027 and 2028.
