Northshore defeats Lutcher 47-35 in high school football season opener

The Northshore Panthers opened the 2026 high school football season with a 47-35 victory over the Lutcher Bulldogs. The game took place Friday night at the Dog Yard in Lutcher, Louisiana. This matchup was part of the opening week of the Friday Night Football schedule featured on WGNO. Following the game, Northshore player JJ Gonzales earned honors as the Lakeshore Auto Group’s Shore Thing Player of the Week.
