Notre Dame introduces new alternate leprechaun logos for soccer and volleyball

The University of Notre Dame Athletics Department has unveiled two new sport-specific leprechaun logos for its men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball programs. This announcement, made today, continues the school's rebranding efforts, adding to previously released logos for football, hockey, basketball, and golf. Designed by Fighting Irish Media with input from current and former student-athletes, the logos aim to celebrate the tenacious spirit of the Fighting Irish, represented by the iconic leprechaun mascot. Further sport-specific logos will be introduced throughout the 2026-27 season.
