Notre Dame unveils 2026 Shamrock Series uniform set for season opener

Notre Dame football revealed its 2026 Shamrock Series uniform on July 8. The uniform, which honors the original Green Bay Packers look, features dark blue jerseys and pants with gold numbers and trim. This design includes elements reminiscent of the Packers, such as block-shaped numbers inspired by Paul Hornung. The Irish will debut this uniform during their season opener against Wisconsin at Lambeau Field on September 6. Previously, Notre Dame had a strong season, finishing 2025 with a 10-2 record, as they aim for their first national title since 1988.
