Nottingham Forest is reportedly pursuing a deal for Chelsea striker Liam Delap. As of August 25, 2026, Delap has been actively available for transfer this summer, with Chelsea indicating a significant £50 million price tag, despite doubts about this figure being met. Currently, Delap is training separately from the Chelsea squad, signaling his likely exit. Reports suggest that Nottingham Forest is working on either a loan or permanent agreement for the player, with a loan option appearing the most feasible, allowing him to potentially improve his value if he performs well this season.
