NRL Grand Final entertainment features tribute to Jai Arrow

The NRL Grand Final between the Roosters and Knights will include an emotional pre-game performance honoring Jai Arrow. A group of Australian musicians is set to cover Gerry and the Pacemakers' classic "You'll Never Walk Alone" shortly before the match at Accor Stadium. Arrow, who retired due to motor neurone disease at age 30, has received considerable support from the sporting community. Initiatives like Stand with Jai and Jai July have raised awareness and funds for Arrow and motor neurone disease research. NRL executive chairman Peter V'landys hinted at an additional surprise before kick-off that has not yet been disclosed.
