Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard expressed disappointment after his team lost to Fleetwood Town in the Carabao Cup. The Gunners were eliminated in the fourth round following a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw. Odegaard acknowledged that Arsenal's performance was below expectations and focused on the need to improve. With the loss, Arsenal will have to wait at least another year for League Cup success.
