Odell Beckham Jr. seeks to reclaim number 13 jersey with the Giants

Odell Beckham Jr. has rejoined the Giants for the first time since 2018. The receiver currently wears number 3 during preseason activities, a number assigned to linebacker Abdul Carter. Beckham expressed a desire to return to the number 13 jersey he wore during his previous tenure with the organization. The jersey is currently held by Jalin Hyatt, who was recently waived and moved to the team's practice squad. Because Hyatt is no longer on the 53-man roster, Beckham expects to initiate conversations regarding the reassignment of the number. Beckham noted that returning to his former jersey number would be an honor and a privilege.
