Ohio State has announced the commitment of four-star forward Deng Ngor for the 2027 recruiting class. Ngor, a 6-foot-8 power forward from Fort Erie International Academy in Canada, made his decision following an official visit during the weekend of September 5. He has rapidly risen in recruiting rankings, now listed as a top-20 prospect by Rivals.com. Ngor had recently starred for Canada in the 2026 FIBA U18 AmeriCup and is known for his defensive skills and ability to stretch the floor. His commitment comes just before he was set to visit Washington on September 18 and other programs thereafter.
