Oklahoma prepares for road game against Michigan at Michigan Stadium

The Oklahoma Sooners travel to Ann Arbor on September 12 to face the Michigan Wolverines at 11 a.m. CT. This Week 2 matchup marks the first major test for the Sooners after their season-opening win against UTEP. Michigan enters the contest following a narrow 13-12 victory over Western Michigan. To secure a win, Oklahoma staff emphasize the importance of establishing a consistent rushing attack and winning the turnover battle in a hostile environment. Defensively, Oklahoma aims to contain Michigan quarterback Bryce Underwood and force the offense into third-and-long situations. Successful early scoring drives are seen as critical to mitigating the impact of the Michigan crowd. The game is scheduled to be broadcast as part of the Big Noon Kickoff coverage.
