The Oklahoma Sooners have signed B.J. Edwards, a senior guard from SMU, from the transfer portal on August 13. Edwards, a 6-foot-3 point guard, averaged 12.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.9 assists, and 2.3 steals per game last season with the Mustangs, shooting 47.4% from the field. He joins two other recent transfers, Pop Isaacs and Tyler Hendricks, as the Sooners bolster their roster ahead of the upcoming season.
