Oklahoma Sooners last won College World Series in 1994 against Georgia Tech

The Oklahoma Sooners captured their second NCAA baseball championship on June 12, 1994, defeating Georgia Tech 13-5 at Rosenblatt Stadium. This victory marked the Sooners' first national title in any sport since the men's gymnastics team won in 1991. In the championship game, OU scored five runs in the fourth inning to break a tie, added four in the sixth, and finished with a total of 16 hits. The game was notable for the 13 runs scored, the most in a College World Series title match history. This year also saw the Sooners reaching the College World Series final again.
