The Oklahoma Sooners achieved a notable recruiting success on June 14, 2026, as wide receiver Malahn Green committed to the program during a significant recruiting weekend attended by 15 prospects. This follows the loss of two previous wide receiver commitments, Demare Dezeurn and Tra'Von Hall, the latter choosing Ole Miss. Green's commitment adds another dimension to the Sooners' 2027 class, which now includes two wide receivers. The team continues to seek at least one more receiver to meet their recruitment needs ahead of February's signing day.
- •Malahn Green chose Oklahoma over Nebraska.
- •The Sooners lost two wide receivers to decommitments last week.
- •The team is still looking for a larger-bodied receiver.
- •15 recruits visited campus during the critical recruiting weekend.
- •Green is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 163 wide receiver nationwide.
