Old Tappan football rolls past West Morris in sectional semifinal

Old Tappan dominated West Morris with a 43-21 victory in the North 1, Group 3 sectional semifinal on November 6. The Golden Knights scored on their first six possessions, led by quarterback Zach Miceli, who threw for 244 yards and three touchdowns. Old Tappan built a 29-7 halftime lead, including two touchdown passes to Leo Etter. Nick Blanchard added two rushing touchdowns to extend the lead, triggering a running clock. West Morris managed all three touchdowns on the ground, with Deacon Frayne scoring one. Old Tappan remains unbeaten at 10-0 and moves on to the sectional final.
