Ole Miss quarterback Deuce Knight enters game against Charlotte

Ole Miss sophomore quarterback Deuce Knight made his first appearance for the Rebels on September 12 at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Knight entered the game against Charlotte while Ole Miss held a 34-9 lead. He serves as the primary backup to starting quarterback Trinidad Chambliss. Knight transferred to the program from Auburn, where he played two games during the 2025 season. A former five-star recruit in the 2025 class, he initially committed to Notre Dame before flipping to Auburn and eventually moving to the SEC program in Mississippi. His arrival at Ole Miss follows his time at George County High School and a brief stint at Lipscomb Academy.
