Ole Werner turns down Al-Ahli coaching opportunity

Ole Werner has rejected an approach from Al-Ahli to become their new head coach. The Saudi Pro League club was looking for a replacement for Matthias Jaissle, who is set to leave for Newcastle United. Werner, formerly the head coach of RB Leipzig, decided against taking a coaching position outside Germany, despite having led Leipzig back to Champions League football. Following Werner's decision, Al-Ahli will now seek other candidates for the position.
