Oliver Sorensen joins Celtic on loan from Serie A side Parma

Oliver Sorensen has moved to Celtic on a season-long loan from Parma. The 24-year-old midfielder previously completed a transfer to the Italian club last summer but sought a change after playing in a defensive system that did not fit his style. Sorensen noted that he prefers the attacking approach expected at Celtic, where he aims to regain his form and improve his timing when arriving in the penalty area. The deal includes an option for the Scottish club to make the transfer permanent next summer. This acquisition follows recent midfield departures at Celtic, including Arne Engels, Reo Hatate, and Paulo Bernardo. Sorensen has already made his debut for the club following a win over Aberdeen.
