Olivia Miles discusses blunder after Lynx loss to Mystics

Olivia Miles spoke to the media about a critical blunder during the Minnesota Lynx's game against the Washington Mystics on June 21, which saw the Lynx unable to secure a win in the first matchup of their home-and-home series. With just under 20 seconds remaining and the Lynx down 77-76, Miles committed a turnover that led to a foul on Georgia Amoore, allowing the Mystics to extend their lead. Despite scoring 22 points and being praised by Kevin Garnett, her mistake left her feeling frustrated. Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve attributed the error to a miscommunication and emphasized the importance of learning from such moments. The two teams will meet again in Washington on June 24 to continue the series.
