The team introduced new chassis and bodywork components at Monza in an effort to regain competitiveness in the midfield. Bearman finished eighth fastest during the second free practice session on Friday, noting that the vehicle felt more predictable and stable through high-speed turns. While Bearman utilized an upgraded Ferrari engine, teammate Esteban Ocon faced a more difficult session due to mechanical issues and traffic, finishing 18th. Haas has not scored championship points since the Canadian Grand Prix in May, leaving the team seventh in the standings. Engineering staff indicated that the focus remains on refining the platform to improve race-weekend execution.
