Omaha, Orlando, and Anaheim to host 2027 women's volleyball World Cup

The FIVB announced that Omaha, Nebraska; Orlando, Florida; and Anaheim, California, will host the 2027 women's volleyball World Cup from August 20 to September 5. This tournament, newly branded from the men's and women's world championships, marks the first appearance of the event in North America. Pool play and round-of-16 matches will take place in Omaha and Orlando, with Anaheim's Honda Center hosting the quarterfinals, semifinals, and final. The tournament serves as an Olympic qualifier, with the top three teams securing places for the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
