Omarii Sanders leaves FRA game vs BGA with shoulder injury

Franklin Road Academy's Omarii Sanders exited the game against Battle Ground Academy due to a shoulder injury on September 25. Sanders left the field late in the third quarter after a tackle and did not return as BGA won 41-36. Sanders, a Vanderbilt commit, had three catches and three tackles before the injury. He remained on the sidelines with ice on his shoulder for the remainder of the game. Coach Justin Geisinger mentioned that Sanders will be evaluated by doctors, with the severity of the injury yet to be determined. Sanders expressed optimism about his recovery, stating, "It is my shoulder, but it's not that bad."
