Oregon Ducks soccer opens season with two 3-0 victories

The Oregon Ducks soccer team started the season with a pair of 3-0 wins, first against Portland State on August 14 and then Gonzaga on August 16. Carly Cormack scored two goals in the match against Portland State, while Shiloh Baird added a third. In the subsequent match, Lauren Hunter's free kick opened the scoring, followed by two goals from Baird and Abella Hunter. Oregon's defense held both opponents scoreless, and the Ducks will next play Santa Clara and San Francisco this weekend.
