Orioles minor league prospects finish seasons as Frederick heads to postseason

The Baltimore Orioles farm system is nearing the end of its 2026 campaign, with only the High-A Frederick affiliate advancing to postseason play. While the major league club concludes its season, the Triple-A Norfolk Tides continue their schedule with two weeks remaining. Norfolk outfielder Enrique Bradfield Jr. recorded 7-24 hitting over six games, while Brandon Butterworth added two home runs to his total. In Double-A, the Chesapeake Baysox have been eliminated from playoff contention despite recent contributions from Vance Honeycutt, who tallied nine hits and three stolen bases. Pitcher Anthony Eyanson maintained his form for the Baysox, allowing one run over six innings with eight strikeouts. The organization remains focused on developing top prospects as lower-level seasons for Delmarva and Frederick have already concluded.
