Ottumwa JROTC prepares for Raider competition in October

The Ottumwa Community School District's JROTC program is preparing for the Raider competition set for October 2-3 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. With 18 cadets on the roster, including eight females, the program aims to send a minimum of 10 participants to the event.
