Oklahoma baseball added infielder Carson Brumbaugh from Arkansas via the transfer portal on June 17. Brumbaugh announced his commitment on social media just as the Sooners were preparing for a College World Series semifinal against Georgia. He is a former standout at Edmond Santa Fe High School and was ranked as a top prospect in Oklahoma. Last season, Brumbaugh started 15 games and hit.140 in 50 at-bats.
