OU football schedules Utah State and alters SMU game in 2027

Oklahoma football has announced changes to its 2027 schedule, adding a game against Utah State on August 28 at Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. The Sooners will also face SMU on September 4 in Arlington, Texas, instead of the originally scheduled September 11 date. These adjustments leave one non-conference spot open for 2027. In addition to Utah State and SMU, Oklahoma will host Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee as part of its SEC slate.
