Owensboro will host the inaugural Kentucky All A tennis championships in May

The Owensboro-Daviess County Convention & Visitors Bureau confirmed that the Kentucky All A Classic tournaments will return to Owensboro for the upcoming school year. The multi-sport series provides championship opportunities for schools with enrollments of 575 or fewer students in grades 9-12. The schedule includes volleyball in September, followed by basketball championships in January, and baseball and softball tournaments in late April. The inaugural Kentucky All A tennis championships are scheduled for April 30-May 1 at Owensboro. The tennis event will feature 32 boys singles players, 32 boys doubles pairings, 32 girls singles players, and 32 girls doubles pairings. Development of the tennis tournament involved coordination with the Owensboro-Daviess County Tennis Association to establish the format and logistics for the debut event.
