Pacers integrate Ivica Zubac ahead of NBA regular season opener

The Indiana Pacers are adjusting their lineup with new center Ivica Zubac before their regular-season opener against the New Orleans Pelicans. In a close preseason game against the Milwaukee Bucks, Zubac recorded 11 points and 11 rebounds. With Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam not playing, the Pacers led 71-56 before Zubac and the starters sat for the second half and lost 128-127. Haliburton is focused on developing chemistry with Zubac as the team prepares for the transition away from Myles Turner, who previously provided spacing as a shooter. Zubac's rebounding ability is expected to enhance the team's up-tempo style of play.
